If you are unable to attend in person, you may appoint another member as a proxy for the meeting.

Please contact the Acting Secretary for a copy of the proxy form. Any proxy forms must be given to the Chairperson of the meeting before or at the start of the meeting. A form appointing a proxy sent by post or electronically to the Acting Secretary of the club is of no effect unless it is received no later than 24

hours before the start of the meeting.
